Nitric Oxide in Early Ischaemia Reperfusion Injury during Human Orthotopic Liver Transplantation

Abstract

iNOS protein may not contribute to early reperfusion injury during human LT. However, reduced NO bioavailability caused by reduced eNOS may contribute significantly to damage at this time point.
