Abstract

C.d. data have been recorded for seventeen compounds of the sparteine series related to 11β-sparteine (α-iso-sparteine) and 11α-sparteine. The chromophores involved are the tertiary amine and NN-dialkyl-lactam systems; the compounds studied include eight amines, eight amino-lactams, and one dilactam.
