Semiconductor‐Catalyzed Photoaddition of Cyclic Enol Ethers to 1, 2‐Diazenes

Abstract

In contrast to the homogeneous reactions , in which the linear addition of aliphatic CH bonds to the NN group proceeds only with activated diazenes (R 1 = R 2 = CO 2 R), the heterogeneous ZnS‐ and CdS‐catalyzed photoaddition takes place also with nonactivated diaryl‐ and alkylaryl‐l,2‐diazenes [Eq.
