A PROSPECTIVE TRIAL OF INHALED NITRIC OXIDE IN CLINICAL LUNG TRANSPLANTATION

Abstract

Prophylactic-inhaled NO does not prevent RI in human lung transplantation. However, inhaled NO, started at reperfusion, improves gas exchange and reduces pulmonary artery pressure in those patients who develop RI.
