Abstract

In normotensive renal transplant recipients, a group at risk of cardiovascular disease, 24-h ambulatory blood pressure is closely related to the development of left ventricular hypertrophy, and may prove useful in optimizing treatment strategies to reduce cardiovascular morbidity.
