Administration of Aerosolized Terbutaline and Budesonide Reduces Chlorine Gas–Induced Acute Lung Injury

Abstract

Treatment of acute chlorine gas lung injury with aerosolized terbutaline followed by aerosolized budesonide improved lung function. Combined treatment was more effective than treatment with either drug alone.
