The deuteron and fluorine magnetic resonance spectra in the molecule DF have been studied using the molecular beam method. The observed resonance patterns have been compared with those calculated on a UNIVAC computer. The parameters of the calculation were adjusted until the theoretical and the experimental curves matched. In this manner the spin-rotational interaction constant of fluorine in DF was assigned the value $|{c}_{\mathrm{F}}|=160\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1$ kc/sec and the quadrupole coupling constant of the deuteron in DF was assigned the value $|{d}_{2}|=34\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}4$ kc/sec, which corresponds to $|\frac{\mathrm{eqQ}}{h}|=340\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}40$ kc/sec.
