Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy of Patients with Staghorn Stone and Incidental Purulent Fluid Suggestive of Infection

Abstract

In patients who undergo PCNL, purulent fluid may be found incidentally in the puncture site. PCNL may be performed with full antibiotic coverage at the same session.
