Abstract Superconducting transition of the grease-coated crystal of κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu[N(CN)2]Cl has been confirmed. There are at least three types of these crystals with different resistivity behaviors, of which the crystal exhibiting a resistivity anomaly around 50 K, undergoes a superconducting transition at 12.5 K, when it is coated with Apiezon L grease.
