The time delay characteristics of magnetostatic surface waves propagating in a layered system consisting of thin YIG films, dielectric slabs, and a metal plate are theoretically investigated by a numerical analysis of the dispersion relation. Numerical results for the ferrite-air (FA) and ferrite-air-metal (FAM) modes are compared with the previously reported results.
