Nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rates 1/ T 1 in weakly antiferromagnetic metals are studied by using the renormalized spin fluctuation theory. Above the Néel temperature T N the theory predicts that 1/ T 1 is proportional to T /( T - T N ) 1/2 . Below T N the importance of anisotropy and magnetostriction is pointed out and the result predicts that 1/ T 1 is proportional to T / M ( T ), where M ( T ) is the staggered magnetization. Some numerical examples based on the electron gas model with Umklapp processes are shown.
