Abstract

Gemcitabine and paclitaxel chemotherapy had favorable benefit and safety profiles, and the regimen is recommended as a potential second-line chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma previously treated with methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin and cisplatin chemotherapy.
