We show that magnetic quantization of the carrier free motion into discrete Landau levels for quantum wells inserted in a Fabry-P\'erot microcavity allows continuous tuning of the electromagnetic interaction from the weak coupling regime (irreversible regime described by Fermi's golden rule) to the strong coupling regime (where coherent time dependence and the vacuum Rabi splitting prevail).
