Hybrid approach to surgical correction of tetralogy of Fallot in all patients with functioning Blalock Taussig shunts

Abstract

Hybrid approach using routine transcatheter closure of all BTS immediately before surgical correction of TOF shunts with coils/plugs/devices is safe, feasible, and reproducible.
