The fixed-energy amplitude of a relativistic particle near and on the sphere in D dimensions is given by the path integral approach. The Duru - Kleinert equivalence between the project amplitude of a relativistic particle near the surface of spheres in D = 3 and 4 dimensions with the Rosen - Morse and general Rosen - Morse systems are discussed.
