Prognostic value of microsatellite instability in sporadic locally advanced rectal cancer following neoadjuvant radiotherapy

Abstract

Microsatellite instability could not predict a histopathological response to neoadjuvant radiotherapy, but was a good prognostic marker for patients without lymph node metastasis after neoadjuvant radiotherapy.
