Selective enrichment of glycopeptides/phosphopeptides using porous titania microspheres

Abstract

Titanium dioxide (TiO(2)) microspheres synthesized by sol-gel method showed high affinity to glycopeptides and were successfully used for simultaneous enrichment of glycopeptides and phosphopeptides.
