Diagnostic Value of Epithelioid Cell Granulomas in Bronchoscopic Biopsies

Abstract

A significant overlap in types of granulomatous inflammation between tuberculosis and sarcoidosis was found. The type of epithelioid cell granuloma alone was not sufficient for the final clinical diagnosis.
