Abstract

UV-guided isolation of polyacetylenes from<italic>Codonopsis pilosula</italic>has successfully led to the characterization of new polyynes and polyenes. The HCVcc infection assay was used to evaluate the anti-HCV activity of compounds<bold>1–12</bold>.
