Quantum density corrections to mobility and dispersion law for electrons in a medium of disordered scatterers

Abstract

Density corrections to the mobility and dispersion law for electrons in the medium of disordered short-range scatterers are obtained using the green's function method. The results of calculations are in good agreement with experimental data on electron mobilities in dense gases with low polarisabilities.
