Analysis of 823 events attributed to the reaction $\overline{p}+p(\mathrm{at}\mathrm{rest})\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}+{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}+{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$ yields the following results: (a) The channel accounts for 7.8% of the annihilations; (b) 0.55\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.05 of the channel proceeds via $\ensuremath{\rho}$ production, and the capture to $\ensuremath{\rho}\ensuremath{\pi}$ is from the $^{3}S_{1}$ state; and (c) 0.45\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.05 of the channel is nonresonant and this nonresonant production is from the $^{1}S_{0}$ state.
