A Pilot Randomized, Controlled Trial of a Longitudinal Residents-as-teachers Curriculum

Abstract

Generalist residents randomly assigned to receive a 13-hour longitudinal residents-as-teachers curriculum consistently showed improved OSTE scores. Future research should clarify which aspects of residents-as-teachers curricula most effectively improve educational outcomes.
