Abstract

The accuracy or clinical coronary arteriography was studied by comparing pathologic and radiologic findings in 130 major coronary arterial segments obtained from 13 individuals at autopsy. Abnormal roentgenographic findings were verified by pathologic examination; however, half of the segments that appeared normal or minimally involved radiologically demonstrated more severe changes at autopsy.
