A shortened automated procedure for the determination of alkaline phosphatase

Abstract

The main disadvantage of the standard AutoAnalyzer procedure for determination of alkaline phosphatase is the long time taken for analysis, blanks, and tests having to be run separately. For this reason we have devised an AutoAnalyzer procedure whereby blanks and tests may be read at the same time, thus halving the time of analysis.
