Long-Term Followup of the Ventrally Placed Buccal Mucosa Onlay Graft in Bulbar Urethral Reconstruction

Abstract

Long-term outcome analysis of ventrally placed buccal mucosa onlay grafts for bulbar urethral strictures demonstrates a durable success rate of 90%. This rate can be improved (97%) with the judicious use of internal urethrotomy.
