γ-H2AX can be exploited in the LuTate PRRT as a biomarker of PBL cytotoxicity. Long-term follow-up studies investigating whether elevated residual γ-H2AX values are associated with acute myelotoxicity and secondary blood malignancy may be worthwhile.
