ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF ESTRIOL GLUCOSIDURONATE IN HUMAN MECONIUM¹

Abstract

A method is described for the extraction and purification of estriol glucosiduronate from various sources. By the use of this method estriol glucosiduronate has been isolated and identified in extracts of human meconium. Another conjugated form, which might be an estriol sulphate has also been detected.
