Abstract

The solubility of sulphur dioxide in N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulphoxide, N,N-dimethyl acetamide, sulpholane, tributyl phosphate and diethanolamine has been determined. A solubility model is proposed and the solubilities calculated by the model show good agreement with experimental data.
