Abstract

The surface exciton polariton (SEP) in cubic ZnSe is investigated by the attenuated total refiection (ATR) measurements. The experimental ATR spectra for the SEP are analyzed taking account of the spatial dispersion effect. Effect of the crystal surface layers on the SEP is investigated by the ATR spectroscopy including the electro-modulated ATR measurement.
