Monitoring of Cerebral Autoregulation in Head-Injured Patients

Abstract

Indices derived from spontaneous fluctuations of FV waveform and CPP describe cerebral vascular pressure reactivity. They correlate with outcome after head injury and therefore may be used to guide autoregulation-oriented intensive therapy.
