Abstract

Abstract An HPLC method with photodiode array detection (DAD) is described for the qualitative and quantitative determination of neutral and acidic cannabinoids in Cannabis sativa L. The complex chromatographic pattern can be used for the classification of Cannabis chemotypes, the monitoring of the psychotropic potency and the comparison of Cannabis products of different origin.
