Neonatal Malrotation with Midgut Volvulus Mimicking Duodenal Atresia

Abstract

When the surgical treatment of a patient with the double-bubble sign is to be delayed, an upper gastrointestinal radiographic or ultrasound study is needed to evaluate for malrotation with midgut volvulus.
