Abstract

A mixed phase TiO<sub>2</sub> and SnO<sub>2</sub> film was deposited by combinatorial aerosol assisted CVD and composition was related to photocatalysis, hydrophobicity and microstructure not inherent to TiO<sub>2</sub> or SnO<sub>2</sub>.
