Politano-Leadbetter Ureteroneocystostomy

Abstract

The Politano-Leadbetter ureteroneocystostomy was successful in 93.6% of all 814 renal units surgically treated. The operation is safe, but can be associated with late development of hypertension despite correction of the reflux.
