Duodenal Stenosis Due to Post-bulbar Ulcer

Abstract

Ten cases of post-bulbar ulcer which were operated on during an eight-month period are described. Radiological and surgical findings are described in five of these cases. It is possible that this condition is frequently met with in hospital practice in South India but that the diagnosis has not been recognised by either radiologist or surgeon due to technical difficulties in demonstrating the relations of these lesions to the pyloric ring and the genu superius.
