Abstract

Macular hole closure rates similar to those achieved using pars plana vitrectomy with perfluoropropane and prone positioning can be achieved using sutureless 25-gauge vitrectomy with sulfur hexafluoride tamponade and no prone positioning for both phakic and pseudophakic patients.
