Two-Dimensional Echocardiography and Doppler Ultrasound in Managing Obstetric Patients

Abstract

This pilot study suggests that two-dimensional echocardiography and Doppler examination may be an effective alternative to invasive monitoring in the management of selected pregnant patients.
