Chiral highly luminescent CdS quantum dots

Abstract

Strongly white-emitting (lambda(max) = 495 +/- 10 nm) D- and L- penicillamine capped CdS nanoparticles, which show strong circular dichroism in the range 200-390 nm, have been prepared.
