Serum Lithium Determinations for Clinical Use

Abstract

AbstractSerum lithium determinations are of value for the adjustment of dosage during lithium treatment of manic-depressive psychosis. A study has been made of the chemical and physical variables which may influence the flame photometric lithium determination, and a practical method for serum lithium determinations is described.Key Words: Lithiumpsychosismanic-depressivespectrophotometry
