Responses to Disulfiram in Healthy Young Men; a Double-Blind Study

Abstract

Minimal changes in vital signs and subjective complaints occurred when healthy young men took disulfiram for 3 weeks at the usually prescribed dose; no inhibition of dopamine β-hydroxylase in peripheral blood could be demonstrated.
