A printed organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) array with a high degree of electrical performance and uniformity is reported. The OTFTs exhibit exceptionally uniform performance as well as high average mobilities of 1.1 cm2 V−1 s−1. These printed devices are applied to a biosensor for detecting immunoglobulin G. The results show that these printed organic circuits can be used in practical sensor applications.
