Abstract

Clinical features, botany, phytochemistry, patch testing, ecology and the absence of a role for pollen in Compositae dermatitis are discussed with a review of current aspects of photosensitivity for pathogenesis. It appears that the plants yield photoallergen(s) not yet identified.
