Association of Jejunal Diverticulosis and Steatorrhoea

Abstract

BOWEL iCJou 145 woman aged 50 who presented with melaena. Laparotomy showed her to have a Meckel's diverticulum and a rounded tumour in the wall of her terminal ileum distal to the diverticulum. Resection of the involved segment of ileum was carried out, section showing the tumour to be a leiomyoma.
