Abstract The asymmetric synthesis of β‐nitroalkanol derivatives was simply achieved by a combined nitroaldol (Henry) reaction with lipase‐catalyzed transesterification in high yield and enantiomeric purity (up to 92% and 99% ee ) through a direct one‐pot procedure.
