Meningioma With Intracerebral, Cerebellar and Visceral Metastases

Abstract

T h e l i t e ra tu re p e r t i n e n t to ex t racran ia l metas tases of p r i m a r y in t rac ran ia l mening iomas was comprehens ive ly reviewed by Kruse in 1960. 2 He concluded t h a t there were ~0 well d o c u m e n t e d cases, to which he added ~ of his own f rom a series of 803 cases a t the Armed Forces I n s t i t u t e of Pa tho logy . We wish to r epor t a fu r the r case which has several add i t iona l fea tures of pathologic interest .
