Glucocorticoids plus<i>N</i>-Acetylcysteine in Severe Alcoholic Hepatitis

Abstract

Although combination therapy with prednisolone plus N-acetylcysteine increased 1-month survival among patients with severe acute alcoholic hepatitis, 6-month survival, the primary outcome, was not improved.
