Effects of dobutamine on splanchnic tissue perfusion during partial superior mesenteric artery occlusion

Abstract

Dobutamine alone worsened splanchnic tissue perfusion during partial superior mesenteric artery occlusion. As compared with fluid treatment alone, the combination of fluid and dobutamine therapy did not improve tissue perfusion.
