Adolescents' attitudes toward aged were found to be positive, regardless of age, contact with grandparentsand more positive attitudes were found in middle class compared to lower class, and among whites compared to nonwhites. Questionnaire was given to all 9th and 12th grade students in a rural highschool. Positive attitudes toward aging among adolescents could mean a more effective resourcepool for people to work with aged.
