Abstract

A clinical comparison was made of an experimental radiopaque composite restorative material and Addent 35. The radiopaque experimental formulation contained a novel ternary eutectic dimethacrylate as the resin binder and fused silica and a novel BaF 2 containing glass as the reinforcing fillers. Evaluation of restorations indicate that the experimental material compared favorably with the commercial material.
