Lipid Serum Profile in Patients with Viral Liver Cirrhosis

Abstract

Our data showed that both HCV and HBV cirrhosis severely impaired liver lipid metabolism. Late stages of the disease resulted in a pseudonormalization of VLDL cholesterol and TG values.
